The new 2016 County Health Rankings (https://www.countyhealthrankings.org/) rank each county based on health outcomes (length of life and quality of life) and health factors (health behaviors, clinical care, social and economic factors, and physical environment). The maps below show the Georgia rankings for health outcomes (left) and factors (right). The majority of the 20 counties that make up the metro Atlanta region rank highly compared the the rest of the counties statewide.
